At Go Green Batteries we aim that all our customers are happy with every purchase they make from us. To maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction we offer a simple, no fuss, returns policy. All our products are brand new and are covered by standard 12 month manufacturer's warranties.

Wrong product ordered / Changed your mind / Returning an unwanted item

If you have ordered the wrong item, would like to exchange for a different product or have simply changed your mind we are happy to help.

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt as long as it is complete, unused, and in new resalable condition. You must notify us via email to admin@gogreenbatteries.co.uk within this period and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, you then have 28 days to return the item. For higher value items we recommend using a Recorded Delivery method requiring a signature to return the items to us, as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item Please note we cannot refund any return postage costs or any additional postage upgrade costs originally paid in this instance.

Items damaged during delivery, incorrect item received or Item not received

We use advanced processing systems and package all orders securely, however on rare occasion’s we know that items can get damaged in the post or sent incorrectly.

Please contact our customer service team at admin@gogreenbatteries.co.uk so we can resolve the issue asap. You can return your purchase to us within 28 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund or issue a replacement at no additional cost in accordance with your legal rights. Where we are at fault we will reimburse your return postage costs, however we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged due to improper handling.

Faulty items

If a product has developed a fault or is not performing as expected, please contact our customer service team first at admin@gogreenbatteries.co.uk  for assistance.

Faulty items can be returned within the first 12 months of receipt. Please contact our Customer Services team via admin@gogreenbatteries.co.uk  and provide as much information on the problem as possible. If the item is suspected to be faulty and needs to be returned for testing we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and this must be included on the returned package – If the items are found to be faulty, we will refund the postage. We will then arrange for a suitable replacement or refund - goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.

If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. Please note we cannot refund any return postage or delivery charge in this instance.

Item not received

We use Royal Mail and Citylink for our deliveries, who complete 96% on time. However, in the event of non-delivery, please allow 14 days before contacting us (21 days for International customers), as we do need to allow for postal delays before we can investigate further/ initiate our procedure for items lost in the post, which may result in sending a replacement order. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact our customer service team at  admin@gogreenbatteries.co.uk  . Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

We use Royal Mail 2nd class as standard free delivery, which typically takes 4-6 working days. Please see our Delivery page for delivery times.
